Performance characteristics

The machine body is processed using the world's advanced PAMA machining center, with one-time clamping to ensure the dimensional accuracy and positional accuracy of the machine body, greatly improving the operating accuracy and service life of the press.
The first wet clutch in China, adopting advanced Japanese technology, has the characteristics of high performance, high efficiency, low inertia, high torque, and dust-free, which has become a huge advantage of Wode products.
All screws adopt nitriding treatment to improve the surface strength of the screws, enhance the anti bite ability of the threads, and greatly reduce the risk of screw bite.
The entire series is equipped with Siemens motors as standard, which have the characteristics of high efficiency and high protection level, while reducing energy consumption and saving customers' actual usage costs.
The entire machine adopts an electric oil pump centralized concentrated concentrated oil forced lubrication system, which controls the amount of lubricating grease at each lubrication point through a distributor to ensure good lubrication of each friction pair.
